We got going too late today to make it to Mount Vernon, but we still took a nice ride to Alexandria, then to Georgetown and back home. Adam got some good pictures, which I will try to persuade him to post. We are going to try to start taking short bike rides on most of the days we don't run.

We're looking forward very much to Adam's week off and have lots of plans. Only one work week to go!
