We are now at the point where tomato pictures will begin to overtake RAGBRAI-related pictures in our daily posts. Thanks to our helpful neighbors, our tomato plants stayed watered last week while we were gone, and as you can see the plants continue to produce! Today I had sliced tomatoes on my lunch sandwich, we had diced tomatoes on mini-pizzas for supper, and Amy had a sliced tomato tortilla wrap this evening for a snack. Of course, BLTs are on the menu later this week.
Time to start looking for salsa recipes...
