For non-season-ticket-holders, we sure act like ones! Tonight we made it to our fifth straight Iowa State football game of the season (if you haven't been counting, there have only been five games this season so far). This game was against Texas Tech, and to the amazement of many, myself included, the Cyclones managed to win in a high-scoring shootout, 52-38.
We parked on campus and walked by our stomping grounds at Barton Hall, pictured here, on our way to the stadium. This is where I met Amy when we were both freshmen in the fall of 1998, and we have many great memories (and probably other ones too) of friends, homework, movies, video games, weekly house meetings, dork and angel awards, etc. College was a great time in our lives, and it's nice to get a little rush of nostalgia whenever we happen to be in this area of campus.
