While neither one of us remembers enough from biology to know exactly what germination means, we are very happy to see our tomato plants know how to do it! The peppers in the second tray are developing a little more slowly, but a couple have managed to poke through the dirt. Hard to believe the size of vegetables that will come (fingers-crossed) from plants that start out this small.
