The bike-rack on the back of our car played a key part in getting our bikes to Bike World today for their service checkups. While we had grand plans of pedaling to Bike World and then taking the bus back home, a 50% chance of rain made us decide to go with plan B. While we should probably practice riding in rain when the opportunity presents itself, in preparation for RAGBRAI, it's just a tad bit difficult to convince ourselves to do it. For now I think I'll just continue to pretend I'm riding a bike while taking my shower and consider that good enough!
